• Nationwide flat rate (excluding Okinawa and some remote islands): 330 yen
• Okinawa and some remote islands: 2,200 yen

When you receive your product, please open it within 7 days.
If you contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product, we will take any appropriate action, such as return or exchange.

However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

• Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
• Used products

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed due to customer reasons.
